Apricot jam, twisted through a meat grinder for the winter

Apricot is an amazing fruit that manages to retain all its useful properties, despite heat treatment. In winter, we all really lack vitamins and many trace elements, which in the summer can easily be replenished by picking one or another fruit from a tree. Therefore, I suggest making aromatic apricot jam, which in the winter cold will help you remember the summer!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse the fruit thoroughly under running water, cut it in half and remove the seeds.
step 2 out of 5
We pass the chopped fruits through a meat grinder. As a rule, once is enough, but if you want to get a puree-like consistency, then the procedure should be repeated 2-3 times.
step 3 out of 5
Pour 1 kilogram of sugar into the resulting mass and mix until smooth. You can add less, when adding - taste it.
step 4 out of 5
Next, put on the stove and cook over low heat for about 6-7 minutes. The resulting foam should be promptly removed with a slotted spoon.
step 5 out of 5
We lay out the finished jam in clean sterile jars and roll it up. Bon Appetit!
