We all know and love apricot jam for its unsurpassed taste and for the brightness of its color, because nothing pleases the cold gray winter like bright colors. Apricot jam with lavender is a bold experiment, but definitely worth it: with the addition of a new ingredient, the taste of the jam will sparkle with new colors and will definitely surprise you.

Wash the apricots, remove the seeds, cut into 4 parts.

Put the apricots in a deep saucepan, add water, put on fire.

When the mass begins to boil, add to it the juice of the squeezed half of a lemon, sugar and lavender flowers in a bag of gauze.

While stirring, cook the apricot jam with lavender until thickened (about an hour).

When the delicacy is ready, remove the bag of lavender flowers from the jam, pour the mass into previously sterilized jars, close the lids, turn the jars over and leave them in a warm place overnight. Ready jam can be served with tea! This is delicious!
