Apricot jam in a bread maker

Many bread makers have a Jam setting, but few have used it. We offer you to master this mode and at the same time please yourself and your family with thick, juicy and incredibly tasty apricot jam.

Let's prepare the apricots. We will remove from them accidentally fallen twigs or leaves, get rid of rotten fruits.

First, prepare ¼ part of all sugar.

Pour this part of the sugar into the apricots.

Gently mix the apricots with sugar without damaging the fruit.

We cover the pan with apricots with a lid, leave for several hours for the fruit to let the juice out.

When the apricots have started up the juice, carefully pour everything into the bowl of the bread maker. We cook in the "Jam" mode, without closing the lid and periodically skimming off the foam. When the jam boils, turn off the bread maker, leave our future delicacy for 4 hours to settle.

Then we turn on the bread maker with jam again, cook for about an hour, removing the foam. At the very end, add vinegar, mix everything thoroughly.

Pour jam into sterilized jars, roll up, put in a warm place for infusion. Then we move it to the refrigerator or another cold place. Delight!
