Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
For this recipe, you need to take ripe, but dense enough apricots, which will not lose their shape when "meeting" with boiling water. We wash, cut into two parts and remove the seeds.
step 2 out of 10
We also wash and dry the citruses thoroughly. You should take a fruit with a thin skin, as the thick skin can impart a bitter taste to the finished drink.
step 3 out of 10
Cut the orange and lemon into quarters, ¼ of each fruit is enough for one three-liter jar. But it is recommended to roll up certainly not one bank at a time, since this compote disperses very quickly, even before the onset of the winter cold.
step 4 out of 10
Cut the resulting quarters into small slices.
step 5 out of 10
We sterilize the jars and wipe them dry. After carrying out these manipulations, put the sliced pieces of citrus on the bottom.
step 6 out of 10
Put the halves of the apricots on top.
step 7 out of 10
Fill the platter with a whole glass of granulated sugar.
step 8 out of 10
We boil water in a kettle and fill the jars to the very "neck".
step 9 out of 10
Now we roll up the cans using a special machine.
step 10 out of 10
We put the rolled up container on the lids and cover it with a warm blanket until it cools completely. Then we put it in the cellar for storage and enjoy!
