Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Dough thawed at room temperature, spread on the work surface, sprinkled with flour. We separate 2/3 of the layer and roll it out with a rolling pin, about 0.4-0.5 millimeters thick.
step 2 out of 6
Put the base of the future cake in a baking dish and form sides with our fingers, cut off the excess with a knife.
step 3 out of 6
Cut clean and dried apricots in half and remove the seeds, then cut the halves into smaller slices and spread them on the dough, sprinkling with granulated sugar on top (if you wish, you can replace them with powdered sugar).
step 4 out of 6
The remaining dough is thinly rolled out and cut into strips about 1.5 centimeters wide and spread over the fruit slices: immediately vertically, then horizontally, as a result, the so-called cells should be obtained.
step 5 out of 6
We send the workpiece to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, at a temperature of 200 degrees.
step 6 out of 6
Take out the finished cake, cool slightly and decorate with grated chocolate and fresh berries. Bon Appetit!
