According to the proposed recipe, you can cook delicious pita bread with minced meat instead of traditional cheese. To obtain a soft puff pastry, lavash is lubricated with carbonated water and vegetable oil and kept for 2 hours before baking. This achma can be cooked in the evening and leave in the refrigerator overnight to soak the pita bread well, and bake in the oven in the morning. Add spices to the minced meat to your liking.
