Lavash achma with meat

Achma made from pita bread with meat, or "lazy achma", tastes in no way inferior to the classic one. Cheese must be added to the minced meat so that the filling does not crumble when cut. Lavash is impregnated with kefir mixture. It is advisable to bake the achma in a high form.
