Leave the Achma on the table for 10 minutes to soak the lavash with kefir. Then spread the pieces of butter on top of the achma. Bake achma in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Remove the prepared achma from pita bread with meat from the oven, cool a little, cut into portions and serve.
