Hearty lavash, cottage cheese and cheese achma is an ideal breakfast for a large family. The dish comes out tender, aromatic and very nutritious. You will spend very little time on cooking in the oven.

We cut two sheets of pita bread into pieces suitable for the shape in which it is baked. Cut out with a small margin.

Break eggs into a deep plate, add sour cream, yogurt, ground pepper and dried garlic to them. Whisk.
