Adjika zucchini with bell pepper is an incredibly tasty, spicy snack for the winter. Thick and appetizing, with it any dish will sparkle with new colors! A real delight!

We wash all vegetables with water. If the zucchini is mature, it is better to remove the skin from them so that they do not taste bitter. We also cut the zucchini into halves and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

Cut the bell pepper into two parts, remove the seeds. Cut out the stalk of the tomatoes. We clean and wash the carrots.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife.

Now grind all vegetables, except for the heads of garlic, using a blender. Add sugar, salt, ground pepper and vegetable oil to them. Stir and put on fire. Cook adjika for 40 minutes, after boiling. In 10 minutes. add garlic and vinegar until tender. Stir.
