Adjika from zucchini is an appetizer that must be prepared for the winter! Adjika is best made with fresh tomatoes and, of course, aromatic garlic! Her taste is simply amazing!

We wash all the vegetables with water, cut the pepper into halves, clean the seeds and grind with a blender. Grind the tomatoes in the same way.

Peel the zucchini, cut them into two parts and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.

We clean the carrots with a knife. Grind carrots and zucchini in a blender.

We combine all the vegetables, add granulated sugar, salt, ground pepper and sunflower oil. Stir and put on fire. We are waiting for the mass to boil and cook it for 40-45 minutes. A few minutes before cooking, add vinegar and stir.
