Adjika from pepper and garlic

I want to share a recipe for a fragrant and quite spicy adjika made from hot pepper and garlic. The seasoning is rich in vitamins. The use of such adjika will prevent infection with seasonal viral diseases. Adjika goes well with meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the spicy adjika. Wash hot peppers and peel them of seeds and cores with partitions, after putting on disposable gloves so as not to burn hot peppers.
step 2 out of 8
Peel the garlic and rinse under water.
step 3 out of 8
Pass the prepared hot peppers through a meat grinder or chop with a food processor, you can also use a blender. Adjust the amount of garlic and hot pepper depending on your own taste preferences.
step 4 out of 8
Pass the peeled garlic through a press, chop with a blender, chop with a sharp knife or grate on a fine grater. Also, the garlic can be minced immediately together with hot pepper.
step 5 out of 8
Add the required amount of table salt to the resulting mass and mix thoroughly.
step 6 out of 8
Then add the required amount of vegetable oil.
step 7 out of 8
Mix the resulting mass until smooth. Prepare the jars, wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave or oven. Boil the lids in a saucepan or pour over boiling water.
step 8 out of 8
Spread the spicy adjika in sterile jars. Screw on with sterile caps. Then move the adjika to the refrigerator for storage.

Bon Appetit!
