Rinse the tomatoes and peppers thoroughly. Peel the garlic.

Cut the tomatoes into halves. Peel the bell peppers and cut them into several pieces.

Pass the tomatoes and peppers through a meat grinder. Chop the garlic cloves. Mix all vegetables into a common gruel along with salt.
