Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First, prepare all the ingredients: rinse the tomatoes, peppers and apples under running water and put them on a kitchen towel to dry. Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the stalks. Peel and wash the carrots and garlic. Choose hard apples with sourness. We cut them in half and peel them from the core.
step 2 out of 5
Grind all prepared vegetables, except for garlic and hot peppers in a blender.
step 3 out of 5
Put the chopped vegetables in a deep saucepan, put on medium heat and bring the mass to a boil, reduce the heat and cook the vegetables for 2.5 hours.
step 4 out of 5
After the specified time, add finely chopped hot peppers and garlic passed through a press to the pan. Then add salt and sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar. Mix all the ingredients well and boil the vegetables for another 30 minutes, remembering to stir them periodically.
step 5 out of 5
We remove the finished hot adjika from the heat, put it in sterilized jars and turn them upside down. We leave the adjika at room temperature until it cools completely, after which we put it in a cool dark place for storage, where it can be stored for several months.
