Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
My tomatoes, we make a cruciform cut on the back of the petiole. Immerse in boiling water for 10 minutes, then cool under water and remove the peel.
step 2 out of 6
We immerse the tomatoes with a blender.
step 3 out of 6
We also wash the pepper and cut it into halves, peel it of seeds. Cut the pepper into rather large pieces so that they do not boil over during cooking.

Finely chop the garlic.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. We spread vegetables and tomato mass, add salt and spices. We set the "extinguishing" mode for 1.5 hours.
step 6 out of 6
We spread the adjika on sterilized jars, roll it up.

Bon Appetit!
