Adjika made from plums and bell peppers is a great addition to clear dishes and various side dishes. This preparation is distinguished by its bright taste and aroma, which is certainly associated with summer. If you want to increase the degree of pungency of your workpiece, when preparing hot peppers, limit yourself to removing only the green tail.

First of all, you need to sort out the plums. We remove twigs, leaves, and also put aside the rotten and wormy fruits. After sorting, the plums should be rinsed.

We also wash the bell pepper, then remove the seeds and the stalk from it, cut the pepper into small pieces.

Now it's the turn of the bitter pepper. It must be rinsed and the green tail removed. In the event that you are not a big fan of spicy ones, it is also recommended to remove the seeds from the hot pepper.
