According to this recipe, you can prepare delicious and beautiful adjika for the winter based on ordinary plums. Plums make adjika fragrant and sweet. You can adjust the pungency of this sauce to your taste with the amount of hot pepper.

Wash the plums thoroughly. Cut them into halves and remove the seeds. Rinse hot peppers and remove the stalks and seeds from it. For a spicier adjika, the seeds can be left, because they contain the pungency. Peel the chives.

Twist the plums with pepper and garlic in a meat grinder with a medium wire rack. Pour the resulting plum puree into a saucepan for making jam.

Then add the specified amount of tomato paste, sugar and salt to the puree. Mix everything. Cook the adjika over medium heat for 25 minutes. While the adjika is cooking, sterilize the jars and lids using any method.
