Wash the plums, cut in half, remove the seeds. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks, cut into 2 parts. Wash the Bulgarian pepper, remove the stalk with seeds, cut into pieces. Peel the garlic. Wash red hot pepper and remove seeds. Using a blender, grind the tomatoes in puree, pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer over low heat.
Sterilize jars for adjika, pour boiling water over the lids. Pour plum, tomato and bell pepper adjika into jars.
