Adjika from plums with hops-suneli

Fragrant spicy plum adjika will be a great addition to hot meat dishes. Alternatively, the homemade snack can be simply spread over the bread. The dish is easy to prepare and will not take much of your time.

We wash the plums under water, cut them into halves and free them from the pits.

Chop the peppers and remove the seeds. Then we pass them together with the plums through a meat grinder.

Transfer the resulting gruel to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add chopped garlic, sugar, salt and suneli hops. Stir and cook over low heat for another 25 minutes.

A couple of minutes before cooking, pour vinegar into adjika, mix and remove from heat. The resulting spicy dish can be poured into sterilized jars and sent for storage. Ready!
