Spicy plum sauce prepared according to the Georgian recipe is perfect for fried and baked meat and fish dishes, vegetable side dishes. The combination of plums and fresh ripe tomatoes makes the appetizer aromatic and spicy.

Wash the plums well and remove the seeds. Twist them through a meat grinder. Peel the garlic and press through a press. Place it over the plum puree. Wash the pepper, remove the stalk and seeds with partitions. Cut into rings a part of the spicy vegetable and pass through a meat grinder. Add it to the plum blank.
