A very tasty appetizer that will be an excellent addition to various meat and vegetable dishes. It is very easy to prepare it and it only takes a few minutes. And dishes with such adjika will acquire completely new, piquant notes!

We wash all vegetables and herbs. We clean the garlic, onion and horseradish.

We pass everything through a meat grinder and form a homogeneous mass.

Add salt, seasonings and sugar to it. Stir and let the mixture brew for 15 minutes.

Then add vinegar and sunflower oil. We lay out the finished adjika in sterilized jars. We roll up. We leave it until fully cooked for 2 days.

Advice: after two days, the adjika should be transferred to the freezer. In the refrigerator, such a snack will be stored for only a month.
