Adjika from green tomatoes with horseradish

Raw adjika made from horseradish and green tomatoes, otherwise horseradish or gorloder, is a very healthy snack that contains a lot of vitamins. Preparing it is as easy as shelling pears, but you can store such a blank only in the refrigerator. The ratio of ingredients can be adjusted to your taste, so there is no consensus. But we suggest using our recipe as the basis for such adjika.

Select and prepare all the ingredients for making green adjika. Tomatoes and herbs, horseradish - rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. Measure out the salt and sugar and vinegar according to the recipe.

Kill the tomatoes in mashed potatoes with a blender, after cutting them into slices. Chop the greens finely with a sharp knife and combine these ingredients in a separate container.
