Adjika made from green tomatoes with horseradish and garlic will be a cheap and unusually tasty preparation for various meat dishes. In this recipe, you are invited to cook it in the classic way, that is, with cooking.

Wash vegetables for adjika (green tomatoes, sweet paprika and hot peppers) well. Remove seeds from peppers. Then cut these vegetables into medium pieces and grind portions using a blender or meat grinder.

Peel the horseradish roots, wash, cut into pieces and also grind in a blender bowl.

Place all chopped vegetables in a jam pot and stir.

Put the saucepan over medium heat and simmer this vegetable mixture for an hour from the beginning of the boil, already over low heat. Remember to mix everything periodically.
