Adjika spicy with carrots

I want to suggest a recipe for spicy adjika with carrots. Adjust the amount of hot pepper and garlic depending on your own taste. If you want a smoother and more uniform consistency, use a blender to grind the ingredients.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Prepare the necessary ingredients for the spicy carrot adjika. Wash the jars thoroughly in advance and sterilize in the microwave or oven. Boil the lids in a saucepan or pour over boiling water.
step 2 out of 5
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels and remove the stalks. Pass the prepared tomatoes through a meat grinder or chop until smooth with a blender, pour into a container with a thick bottom. Place the container on medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
step 3 out of 5
Wash the carrots, dry and peel them with a vegetable peeler. Wash apples, bell peppers and hot peppers thoroughly, remove the core and seeds. Peel the garlic and rinse under water. Pass the vegetables through a meat grinder or chop until smooth with a blender, then pour over the rest of the ingredients.
step 4 out of 5
Then pour in the required amount of vegetable oil and vinegar essence, add granulated sugar and table salt. Mix thoroughly. Cook adjika for another 30 minutes over low heat. Spread hot adjika in sterile jars. Screw on with sterile caps or roll up with a seaming machine.
step 5 out of 5
Turn hot jars upside down. Wrap in a warm blanket and leave to cool completely for about a day. Then store in a cool, dark place. Serve ready-made adjika on the table with fresh bread or loaf.

Bon Appetit!
