Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels and remove the stalks. Pass the prepared tomatoes through a meat grinder or chop until smooth with a blender, pour into a container with a thick bottom. Place the container on medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Wash the carrots, dry and peel them with a vegetable peeler. Wash apples, bell peppers and hot peppers thoroughly, remove the core and seeds. Peel the garlic and rinse under water. Pass the vegetables through a meat grinder or chop until smooth with a blender, then pour over the rest of the ingredients.
