Adjika with apples for 5 kg tomato

Adjika with apples is another option for making your favorite snack. Thanks to apples, this dish acquires a thicker, more tender, pasty consistency. In addition, the combination of apples, peppers and tomatoes creates new flavors.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
First, prepare the vegetables that we need to make adjika. Apples must be rinsed, peeled, cored and cut into small wedges. We also wash the bell pepper, then remove the seeds and the stalk from it, then cut it into slices. We wash and clean the carrots. Cut the washed tomatoes in the same way as the peppers with apples. We clean the garlic and rinse the hot pepper. We put all vegetables in separate cups.
step 2 out of 8
The next step is to grind all vegetables with a meat grinder or fine grater.
step 3 out of 8
After that, all the chopped vegetables, except for hot pepper, are sent to a separate pan, mixed and sent to the fire. After boiling, cook the mass for an hour. During the cooking process, periodically stir the vegetable mass. Otherwise, it may burn.
step 4 out of 8
An hour later, we send salt, sugar, vegetable oil, as well as chopped hot peppers and garlic to the total mass. Mix everything again and cook for another twenty minutes.
step 5 out of 8
After that, pour a quarter of a teaspoon of vinegar essence into the total mass. If you are using 9% table vinegar, thirty milliliters will suffice.
step 6 out of 8
Stir the vegetable mass again, and remove the pan from heat.
step 7 out of 8
We put our adjika in sterilized jars and roll up the lids.
step 8 out of 8
We turn the rolled up cans upside down until their contents cool completely.
