Adjika with apples for the winter

I used to cook only raw adjika with tomatoes and garlic. Recently, I became interested in recipes for adjika with apples. Each sauce tastes differently. One of my favorite adzhika recipes with apples I want to share with you.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the apple adjika.
step 2 out of 6
Wash the carrots well, dry and peel them with a vegetable peeler. Wash apples, tomatoes, bell peppers and hot peppers thoroughly, and then cut into several parts, remove the core and seeds. Cut the tomatoes in half and peel them off. Peel the garlic and rinse under water.
step 3 out of 6
Pass the prepared ingredients through a meat grinder or grind until smooth using a blender or food processor, then pour into a metal container with a thick bottom. Place the container with the contents over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook adjika for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
step 4 out of 6
Then add granulated sugar and table salt. Mix thoroughly.
step 5 out of 6
10 minutes before cooking, pour in the required amount of vegetable oil and table vinegar. Wash the jars thoroughly using detergent or baking soda, and then sterilize in the microwave or oven. Boil the lids in a saucepan or pour over boiling water.
step 6 out of 6
Spread hot adjika with apples in sterile jars. Screw on with sterile caps or roll up with a seaming machine. Turn hot jars upside down. Wrap in a warm blanket and leave to cool completely for about a day. Then store in a dark place. Serve the rest of the apple adjika.

Bon Appetit!
