Adjika with apples Lick your fingers

I propose to cook a wonderful adjika with apples, which is obtained with a balanced taste and aroma. Adjika with apples has a delicate smooth consistency and is perfect for various meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 13
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the apple adjika. Wash apples, tomatoes, bell peppers and hot peppers thoroughly. Cut the tomatoes in half and peel them off. Peel the bell pepper.
step 2 out of 13
Put on disposable gloves and cut the hot peppers lengthwise.
step 3 out of 13
Peel hot peppers from the core and seeds.
step 4 out of 13
Peel the apples with a vegetable peeler and then core them.
step 5 out of 13
Put the prepared ingredients in a deep container, measure out the required amount of table salt, vegetable oil and table vinegar. Pass the ingredients through a meat grinder or grind until smooth with a blender, and then place in a metal container with a thick bottom.
step 6 out of 13
Place the container on medium heat and bring to a boil.
step 7 out of 13
Add ground coriander, pepper mixture, ground cloves and table salt. Reduce heat and cook adjika for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step 8 out of 13
Peel the garlic and rinse under running water. Then chop with a sharp knife, pass through a press or grate on a fine grater. Add to vegetable mass 5 minutes before cooking.
step 9 out of 13
Then pour in the required amount of vegetable oil and table vinegar. Mix thoroughly. Wash the jars thoroughly with detergent or baking soda and sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Boil the lids in a saucepan or pour over boiling water.
step 10 out of 13
Spread hot adjika with apples in sterile jars.
step 11 out of 13
Screw on with sterile caps or roll up with a seaming machine.
step 12 out of 13
Turn hot jars of adjika upside down. Wrap in a warm blanket and leave to cool completely for about a day. Then store in a cool, dark place.
step 13 out of 13
Serve the finished adjika with apples.

Bon Appetit!
