Small round fluffy pancakes, or American pancakes, are very common in America, where they are part of almost any breakfast. Prepare quickly and easily.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar until frothy. Add a glass of milk, stir, add the sifted flour in parts, beat the dough constantly with a whisk so that no lumps form. Pour in another glass of milk and stir the dough again.

Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add it to the dough. Add sunflower oil, stir and leave the dough for 5-10 minutes.

Preheat a skillet, bake small pancakes on both sides over medium heat. Flip the pancakes to the other side when bubbles begin to appear and burst on the surface.
