Orange cheesecake without baking

Cheesecake with curd filling can be prepared without baking. You will get a very tasty and airy dessert with a pleasant citrus flavor.

For the cheesecake base, grind the cookies until finely crumbled. Combine it with softened butter. Put a sand mass on the bottom of a detachable form and make a cake out of it with small sides, tamp it well.

Pour the gelatin into a saucepan, pour a glass of orange juice in a thin stream, stir so that no lumps form. While stirring, bring the mixture to a boil and immediately remove from heat, while the gelatin should completely dissolve.

Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl, add a glass of juice, vanilla sugar to it, beat all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then pour in the cooled gelatinous mass, beat again with a blender.
