We will prepare the cake according to the principle of separating dry and wet components - first we mix them in different dishes and only then combine them into a single mixture. In the first bowl, combine the required amount of granulated sugar, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix everything.
The oven should be heated to 200 degrees. The baking process will take approximately 45-50 minutes. For reliability, check the readiness with a toothpick. If after piercing the cake it is left without wet dough, then the cake is baked from the inside. Remove the finished cake from the oven, gently release from the mold and cool.
