Armenian hot pepper adjika will undoubtedly appeal to lovers of spicy cuisine. This recipe involves the use of hot peppers and spices. In summer, you can cook it just before a meal, or roll it up and have it on hand all year round.

Wash and dry the vegetables. Remove seeds and stalks from bell and hot peppers. Handle hot peppers with gloves. Pass the pepper through a meat grinder.

Peel the onion and garlic. Cut them into smaller pieces and mince them.

Put the container where the adjika will be prepared on the fire, pour in the sunflower oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the chopped pepper.
