In this recipe, you are encouraged to replace vinegar with citric acid, which will make the assortment more healthy and tasty. Take not overripe tomatoes for harvesting, otherwise the peel will burst and make the marinade cloudy. In order for the assortment to be well preserved until spring, you need to thoroughly wash the vegetables and herbs and prepare the marinade correctly.

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and soak in cold water for one hour. Peel the garlic and rinse the herbs well. Wash the jars with soda and sterilize in any way. Boil the lids.
