In this recipe, you are encouraged to replace vinegar with citric acid, which will make the assortment more healthy and tasty. Take not overripe tomatoes for harvesting, otherwise the peel will burst and make the marinade cloudy. In order for the assortment to be well preserved until spring, you need to thoroughly wash the vegetables and herbs and prepare the marinade correctly.

Pour the prescribed amount of sugar, salt and citric acid into each jar. Pour boiling water over the vegetables and roll up the jars immediately. Turn the rolled jars to the sides several times so that the salt and sugar dissolve well. Then turn them over onto the lids and wrap them up with any "fur coat". Transfer the cooled platter to a storage location.
