But in this situation there is an excellent solution: prepare whole eggplants for the winter without sterilization. With this recipe, juicy and delicious eggplants will delight you at any time of the year.

Sterilize jars for rolling whole eggplants, pour boiling water over the lids. Put peeled cloves of garlic, allspice and black peas, bay leaf on the bottom. Place the eggplants tightly in the jars. For the marinade, boil water, dissolve the required amount of sugar and salt in it. At the end of cooking, pour vinegar into the marinade, mix everything. Pour the marinade into the eggplant jars.
