A fragrant and piquant summer eggplant appetizer to cook quickly over an open fire. It will be a pleasant addition to meat or replace it for vegetable lovers.

Wash the eggplants, cut the tails and cut lengthwise into 2 parts. Make shallow notches in the core crosswise and drizzle with olive oil.
