Grilled eggplants

Grilled vegetables are a delicious addition to kebabs. Without spending a lot of time and effort, you get an excellent vegetable side dish.

We wash the eggplants under running water, remove the stalk. We cut the eggplants in half and make notches in the pulp with a sharp knife. Sprinkle the eggplant with olive oil.

Put the eggplants on the wire rack with a notch down and fry for 5-7 minutes.

When the cut is browned, turn the eggplants over and continue to grill. Lubricate the eggplant slice with butter, spread the garlic and rosemary passed through a press, sprinkle the eggplant with salt. Cook the eggplants on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes, until tender.
