For mushroom lovers, I recommend the recipe for a delicious eggplant appetizer. By taste, no one will even determine that the "mushroom" appetizer is not prepared from mushrooms at all. Winter harvesting turns out to be very appetizing and fragrant. Everyone loves such eggplants, be sure to try cooking.

Peel the garlic, rinse under water and pass through a press or chop with a sharp knife. Then place in a small container. Finely chop the dill with a sharp knife and send to the chopped garlic. Peel hot peppers from the core and seeds, cut in a convenient way and send to the container. Adjust the amount of pepper yourself. Add salt.
Put the finished eggplant appetizer in sterile jars. Place the jars with fragrant appetizers in a saucepan, the bottom of which is covered with a kitchen towel. Cover the jars with sterile lids, pour warm water over the hangers of the jars. Put a saucepan with jars over medium heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and sterilize the jars for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the jars.
