Here is a recipe for making eggplant with garlic and bell pepper for the winter. This combination is ideal in terms of its taste, the result is an incredibly tasty preparation. The recipe itself is quite simple, even a novice hostess can handle it. The finished snack has a sweet and sour taste.

First you need to prepare all the vegetables. Rinse the eggplants thoroughly, cut off the ends on both sides. Next, cut the eggplants into circles, the thickness of which is about 1.5-2 cm. Place the sliced eggplants in a saucepan and sprinkle with salt, leave them in this form for 20 minutes. This is necessary to get rid of the bitterness.
Without turning off the gas, you can begin to lay out the finished eggplants in sterilized jars. Fill one jar, cover it with a lid. Fill all containers in the same way, then roll them up with lids using a special key. Wrap the finished canning in a warm blanket and cool completely upside down. From the total amount of the indicated ingredients, 5 liters of the workpiece are obtained at the exit.
