Eggplants in adjika with apples

Pieces of eggplants in a spicy dressing acquire a unique taste and aroma. In one jar you will have an excellent vegetable snack for any dish and an excellent hot sauce.

Rinse the eggplants well, pat dry with a towel and cut into 1.5 cm wide circles. Wash peppers and tomatoes. Cut out a box with seeds for peppers, for tomatoes - a stalk. Cut them into large pieces. Peel and rinse the garlic. Peel and wash the carrots. Wash the apples, cut into pieces, cutting out the core.

Grind prepared vegetables without eggplant with a meat grinder or blender into a homogeneous gruel. Transfer it to a bowl or saucepan.

Add salt, sugar and butter into the workpiece. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
