Marinated eggplants for the winter

Summer is the time to do a variety of seams for the winter! Therefore, do not be lazy to prepare juicy eggplants in the marinade. Eggplants are kept fresh, and the spicy marinade only enhances their taste and makes them even more appetizing. A jar of such a delicacy will definitely delight you in winter!

We wash the eggplants with water and cut them into rather large cubes.

Pour water, sunflower oil into a saucepan, add sugar and salt. Bring the water to a boil and cook until the bulk products are completely dissolved.

Add bay leaf, vinegar, peppercorns and dill with cloves to the water. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. and transfer the eggplants to sterilized jars. Fill with marinade and roll up. We leave the seaming warm until it cools completely.
