Banana cheesecake with cottage cheese

This banana cheesecake is a free variation of a classic cheesecake that uses cream cheese as its main ingredient. In our recipe, we replaced this ingredient with cottage cheese. We can say with great confidence that this did not spoil the banana dessert in the least.

Combine sugar with melted butter in a deep bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.

In a separate container, mix cocoa and flour, stir until the mass becomes homogeneous.

Then the contents of both bowls must be combined and stirred. Lumps should not be present in the resulting mass.

Break eggs into a separate deep bowl. We also send sugar, cottage cheese, banana, honey, sour cream and vanillin, peeled and cut into thin rings, as well as three tablespoons of flour there. All this must be brought to a uniform consistency using a blender.

Grease the form in which we will bake the cheesecake with butter or vegetable oil. Spread half of the dough evenly over the bottom of the mold, pour the whole banana-curd mixture over the dough.

The final layer is the rest of the dough.

We send the cheesecake to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for forty-five minutes.
