Whites in milk and dry yeast in a pan

Belyasha is loved by both adults and children. You don't need any special skills or experience to make them at home. The taste of whitewash is determined not only by the filling, but also by the dough. In this recipe, you are invited to knead the dough with milk and dry yeast. Your baked goods will be airy, with a crispy brown crust and juicy filling.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Pour 50 ml of milk into a separate cup or bowl and heat it up a little in the microwave. Then dissolve dry yeast and sugar in warm milk. Place the mixture in a warm place for 15–20 minutes for the yeast to start working. This will be a dough for the test.
step 2 out of 9
Pour the matched dough into a bowl for kneading the dough, add salt and pour the rest of the milk, also slightly warmed up. Then pour flour into the liquid base through a sieve and mix the dough with a spoon. Transfer the kneaded dough to the table and knead with your hands until it sticks to your palms. Then cover the dough with a napkin and leave for 1 hour.
step 3 out of 9
During this time, prepare the filling for the whites. Chop the peeled onions in any way and transfer this gruel to the minced meat. Salt, pepper and mix the minced meat to your liking.
step 4 out of 9
For juiciness of the filling, pour two tablespoons of milk to the minced meat and then knead it well.
step 5 out of 9
Wrap the dough that has come up a little with your hand, roll it into a roll and cut into small pieces. Then roll the pieces into balls.
step 6 out of 9
Roll each ball into a cake up to 5 mm thick. Spread the filling on these blanks.
step 7 out of 9
Wrap the edges of the cakes and blind them with a "skirt" so that there is a hole in the middle.
step 8 out of 9
Heat the oil well in a deep skillet or saucepan. Fry the whites in hot oil, placing them in the pan first with the hole down. Fry over medium heat and 3 minutes on each side, until the whites are beautiful and golden brown.
step 9 out of 9
Put the ready-made whites in milk and dry yeast from a frying pan on paper napkins, and then serve.

Bon Appetit!
