Fried porcini mushrooms in a pan

Fried porcini mushrooms are an excellent side dish for meat dishes, as well as boiled or fried potatoes. The amazing mushroom aroma is best not interrupted by the taste and aroma of spices. Add only a small pinch of ground pepper and a little salt to them. By the way, butter, by the way, will emphasize the mushroom taste and complement it with creamy notes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
We clean the porcini mushrooms and rinse them several times under a stream of warm running water. Then we put them on a cutting board and cut into large pieces (during the cooking process, the mushrooms will secrete juice and decrease by 3-4 times).
step 2 out of 4
We put a deep frying pan to warm up over medium heat and dissolve half of the specified norm of butter in it. Put the chopped mushrooms in a pan and fry over medium heat until the liquid is completely evaporated, this will take 25-35 minutes. We never drain the liquid in order to preserve the incomparable aroma of mushrooms!
step 3 out of 4
When all the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated, add the second half of the butter, salt and ground pepper to the pan, mix and fry the mushrooms for 10-15 minutes so that they brown a little.
step 4 out of 4
Remove the finished mushrooms from the heat, put them on a portioned plate, serve with fresh herbs, boiled or fried potatoes. Bon Appetit!
