Fried porcini mushrooms with onions and potatoes

Every housewife knows how to cook fried mushrooms with onions and potatoes for dinner. But it is important to cook them correctly so that the taste and useful qualities of these products are preserved as much as possible. We will cook with fresh porcini mushrooms, although you can take dry or canned ones. You are encouraged to fry mushrooms on pork fat instead of traditional vegetable oil.

Cooking process

Clean fresh porcini mushrooms from debris, rinse well with cold water and chop into thin slices.
step 2 out of 7
Cut pork lard (bacon) into thin strips and divide into two parts.

Peel the onions, cut them into quarter rings. Melt half of the chopped bacon in a skillet and fry the onion in it until transparent.
