Fried porcini mushrooms with onions and sour cream

Boletus, or porcini mushrooms, are very good on their own, and their dishes are prepared simply and without various additives. Boletus mushrooms are ideally combined with sour cream and herbs. Probably everyone will like this dish. You are offered a classic recipe for their preparation.

Rinse the boletus under running water with a sponge. Then cut them into pieces and boil them in salted water for 20 minutes. Throw the mushrooms in a colander. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet. Fry the porcini mushrooms in it until the juice evaporates completely. Fry over medium heat.

Peel the onion and chop it on a thin floor or a quarter of the ring. When the liquid has evaporated from the pan, transfer the chopped onion to the boletus and fry until the onion turns golden. Stir the onion and mushrooms constantly.

In a cup, stir in sour cream with finely chopped fresh dill and add chopped chive to this mixture. Pour the boletus into a frying pan with the resulting sour cream sauce, mix well and after boiling, you can turn off the heat.
