It is with great pleasure that I want to share a gorgeous recipe for a wonderful aromatic white bread made with sourdough in a bread maker. White bread turns out to be porous and airy, perfect for a delicious breakfast or any other meal.

Measure out the required amount of rye sourdough, put in a deep bowl and cover with warm water.

Sift half of the required amount of 1st grade wheat flour.

Mix gently. Tighten the container with cling film or cover with a plastic bag, leave for a while in a warm place for the sourdough to start working.

After 2-3 hours, the dough will rise and significantly increase in volume.

Gently put the dough into the bowl of the bread machine and pour in the required amount of vegetable oil.

Add granulated sugar and salt.
