Simple white wheat bread for every day. The crumb is uniformly porous, the crust is clearly crispy, the texture is loose with a small amount of moisture. Such bread will ideally complement soup, vegetable salad, juicy stew and will be an excellent base for sandwiches. There are no eggs in the composition, so the recipe is suitable for vegetarians.

We heat the water to a warm state and pour it into the form of a bread machine. Next, we introduce vegetable oil. Sift the flour through a fine sieve and pour it into a bowl. Then put salt, granulated sugar, powdered milk and dry yeast in different corners of the mold.

We set the program "French roll" - with this choice, the crust of the bread is especially crispy. At the stage of choosing a weight, we indicate 750 grams. The time is automatically set at three o'clock.

Press the start of the program - the bread maker will begin to knead the dough. When the dough is kneaded, a signal will sound, after which the appliance will go to the stage of raising and baking bread. During this period, the lid must not be opened, so as not to disrupt the dough preparation process.

After three hours, the bread maker will give a signal - the bread is ready. We take out a bowl with a ruddy loaf.

Gently turn the mold over and remove the bread. We take out a hook for kneading dough from the bottom of the loaf.
