It doesn't take much trouble to roll up birch sap for the winter. We filter the juice, heat it to a hot state and pour it into sterilized jars. For flavoring, add orange - citrus will perfectly complement the taste of the drink.

Wash the orange and put it in a deep bowl. Fill with boiling water for disinfection. After five minutes, drain the water, dry the citrus and cut into circles of medium thickness. If you come across bones, throw them away. Wash cans, sterilize in any convenient way. We do the same with the lid. We put the sliced orange in the jars.
