Beef beshbarmak with ready-made noodles

Beshbarmak with beef and ready-made noodles will be as tasty and satisfying as the traditional beshbarmak. For its preparation, take unarmed meat and always with a bone. Beef, to cook faster, is cut into medium pieces. The meat is salted at the end of cooking, then it turns out to be juicier. The foam is removed during cooking, and the fat can be left to grease the finished noodles. A lot of onions are added to the dish.

Rinse the beef with running water and cut into medium pieces. Place them in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook the beef over low heat for 2–2.5 hours so that the meat falls well behind the bone. Add peeled carrots and onions to the broth and add salt and spices at the end of cooking.
