Beshbarmak is a popular dish in Kazakh cuisine. It is usually served for hearty lunches and dinners. Try this fun recipe for spicy soft meat with noodles and rich broth.

Rinse the meat thoroughly, chop it into medium-sized pieces if necessary. Immerse in a saucepan and completely fill with water.

Cook the beef for at least two hours until tender. An hour before the end of cooking, add salt, black peppercorns and bay leaves to the meat.

While the meat is on the stove, let's start cooking the noodles. To do this, thoroughly knead the dough from eggs, water, flour and salt.

Then we roll out a tight ball into a thin layer using a rolling pin.

Cut the dough into thin strips. After that we divide them into small rhombuses. To do this, you should obliquely walk along the strips with a knife.
