Goose beshbarmak with potatoes

A very tasty dish of Bashkir cuisine. Appetizing noodles and boiled goose meat with soft onions. A great idea for a festive table and meeting guests! Real jam!

We wash the goose and send it to boil. The water should cover the meat by 1.5 cm. Bring it to a boil, remove the foam and cook until tender, slightly reducing the heat for about 2 hours.

After an hour, add one peeled onion to the goose. The remaining 2 are cut into half rings. And fill it with boiled water for 15 minutes, then drain the water.

Sift the flour, combine with an egg and cold water. Add salt and knead the dough, thick and elastic. Knead the dough well. Let it stand for 15 minutes.

Now roll out the dough in a very thin layer of about 2 mm. And cut into diamonds 4 by 4 cm. Sprinkle with flour and leave to dry.

We take out the goose and cut it into fairly large pieces.

Throw away the boiled onion, and boil the noodles from the cooked dough in the broth for 3-4 minutes.
