Chicken beshbarmak with ready-made noodles is one of the recipes for this traditional dish. According to the classics, it is made from lamb and beef, but the chicken recipe has a right to exist. Such beshbarmak is prepared simply. Taking it as a base and adding vegetables or seasonings, you can always prepare this hearty and aromatic dish.

First, prepare all the products for making beshbarmak.

Rinse the chicken breast well under running water and cut into two halves.

Then fill the breast with the bone and skin with cold water with the addition of salt and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. At the end of cooking, add laurel leaves and black peppercorns to the broth.

Peel the onion and chop it into thin half rings.

Heat sunflower oil in a skillet and fry it until transparent.
